The staff is nice and helpful, putting us in touch with a great guide and setting up our taxis to and from the rail station. Our only issue was that they said they had a problem with Wotif/Expedia passing on our payment & as we had to pay again on check out, & now are in negotiations with Wotif to get our money back. We have to wait 3 days so we do not yet know how easy Wotif is going to make the resolution to a problem of their making. Hopefully it will be ok "
