"Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay "

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money."

"A hidden gem!! Close enough to the beaches (a 5 minute walk), but tucked away on a quiet winding street. The architecture around the hotel is gorgeous. My room was huge and had a balcony which allowed me to take in the views of Nice in the morning and evening. Highly highly recommend staying here. It feels like you’re in your own private Villa and the price is extremely reasonable especially considering the quality of the hotel. I plan to come back!"

"Good clean basic budget type hotel. Not easy to find though as it is off several side roads from the main promenade. There are a lot of road works near by due to a tram line under construction. Like any city once you have your bearings you should be OK. Nice great & vibrant city & I enjoyed my few days there."
