The living room, adjacent to the kitchen has comfortable seating for gathering or watching a movie. The screened porch off the back of the house is the perfect place to settle in with a good book. There is also a half-bath on the first floor.

The second floor features two large bedrooms, both with full bathrooms.

Guests may purchase passes to use the Plantations, tennis facilities and/or fitness center.

Plantations East is conveniently located just West of Route 1 with easy access to both Rehoboth and Lewes.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
