The main property (Hells Canyon Grand) is very well kept and the main focus. Though we did appreciate the ability to use the shared facilities, a bit more focus and some $ would make positive effect on the Seaport. It was a decent stay for the price.

The room had a gross smell and was not clean. Our bathroom was not clean and the bottles of shampoo and body wash were half empty. There was a car in the parking lot that smelled like Someone died in it. I notified staff but it was a concern. The temp was 110

My room was in the older building across the parking lot from the main hotel. It's reasonably well kept up and the rooms are really big. The pool and the hot tub are in the main building and they're quite nice. I'd stay here again. The price was right for the older building and I could use the facilities in the main building, so it was a win win.

Overall, it's a nice property with good services. The Seaport Hotel staff wasn't clear on how the airport shuttle worked, but the shuttle driver was courteous, efficient, and able to promptly get me to the airport. Phones in rooms don't work. The Hell's Canyon Grand Hotel (under the same ownership) would be a better choice.

We're very pleased from this brief but pleasant stay! Out of three total visits at Seaport this was the absolute best!! Thank you! We will be back! Only change we would make was having blankets in room but our site concierge was quite pleasantly accommodating! Thank you again!

When we arrived there was a pile of pharmaceuticals on the entryway. The doors to the property were wide open. The front desk was deserted and dark. A sign directed us to check in at the hotel across the parking lot. There was never front desk staff and the doors were never secured. The rooms were very clean but I slipped in the shower the second I stepped in. At one point a homeless guy was smoking marijuana just outside the front entrance. At night it seemed the lot was a place for people to hang out with loud music playing from their cars.
