"Loved the condo! Clean, great amenities like washer/dryer, dehumidifier, dish washer, and a comfy memory foam mattress. Tom did a great job communicating. About the building itself, the concession stand seemed very popular, pools and pool decks clean, and not overrun with tourists during spring break. "If you’re looking for a quick getaway I highly recommend booking this place. The place was clean and location was easy to find. The elevator did not work the whole time we were there so we can to haul all of our belongings up and down multiple steps, but other than that the place was nice and clean and you could see the beach from this room if you looked over the balcony . "I was a little nervous booking this property due to all the bad reviews, but the condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and provided all of the necessities we needed. Towels, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a fully stocked kitchen was provided. The building is right on the beach and has two pools. The elevators were working fine while we were there and they were conveniently located in the parking garage. This condo was a great value!"
