"Not all staff knowledgeable about area amenities or services. There are 3 free electric bus routes within San Isidro boundary. Except for complimentary 2 bottles of water, there was no coffee or water offered. Room was large and nice, but like all the other hotels, duvet was heavy and too warm, if you don't crank the A/C cold. Walking distance to cliff-top walk along Pacific Ocean. Close to a supermarket."

"Me encanto el hotel y servicio. Lo unico que no me gusto es que uno de los “managers” evito que las señoritas del frontdesk nos ayuden a conseguir un taxi por el aplicativo “Satelital”, diciendo que no funcionaba. Todo esto ocurrio despues que el chofer del servicio de taxi que espera afuera (y al parecer tiene un trato con el hotel) se diera cuenta que nos estaban ayudando a conseguir un taxi por aplicativo y le reclamara al manager. Eso me parecio muy mal. "
