All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped. In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy. For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile. Spectacular breakfast, has everything. I really felt that what I paid for this stay was worth it. The GM of this hotel has really done an excellent job (WOW) We will definitely be back. Thank you "
