"Wonderful stay and friendly staff!"

"I never leave reviews but my experience was honestly so pleasant I actually want to encourage other people to stay. I booked this hotel out of pure convenience because of a flight the next morning. But when I got into the hotel, the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff was noticeable. The room was so clean and comfortable, and appears to have been recently updated. The bathtub in my room was probably the longest bathtub I've ever personally seen and I was able to lay down fully in it without bending my legs. I even ordered room service for the first time in my life. I felt so relaxed and comfortable, my only wish was that I'd been able to enjoy it for longer! "

"The hotel is conveniently located, directly across from Milan Centrale Train station and taxi stand is there as well if you don't feel like walking luggage across the trolly tracks and cobblestone streets. The front desk staff was excellent as were all of the hotel employees interacted with. Will definitely put it in my travel plans again in the future! "
