"Fire place doesn’t work. Doesn’t have any heating other than a space heater. Owners don’t seem like they are trying to fix that. Other than that, unbeatable view if you are on the second or 3rd floor with hot tub. Right on the beach. Hot tub is nice, heats up to 104 degrees. Ready to go. Overall 4/5."
