Head down to the end of the hall and enter this cozy studio at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. You'll find a full bath on your right and a large closet to your left. Beyond, on the right, there's a small but complete kitchen, followed by a dining table set for four and a queen bed. You'll find a comfortable queen sleep-sofa and cable TV on the left side before heading through the slider to a spacious balcony with wooded mountain views.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry-level hosts an inviting lobby area, a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with a grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has a mini-split air conditioning unit.

It was much smaller than advertised. Pull out couch had used, dirty sheets. No extra pillows. Some glasses and utensil were never washed. No indication where dumpster was. No employee on site anywhere to be found, and we called first night to complain and got no response.

Highland Games Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was conveniently located to the Games on Loon. We left the room at &am and returned each day about 6pm. Again it was convenient but quite pricey. We asked for clean towels after two days and were charged $10. We're not dure how we use towels for 4 days without a change. Your market is expanding with options and perhaps the owners you represent may want to reconsider their pricing. The rooms are average. We were told to return all furniture to its original place which we did...the bed was against the window when we arrived.The check in was a mess as an employee changed our room and reprogrammed our key...I asked immediately how he could do that without informing the Rental Professionals. After about 30 minutes someone came with a key fob and acted quite exasperated that they had to be involved. You need at least one person on site to field basic questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit had dirty used sheets on the pull out couch, no pillows for it, some utensils were dirty, no indication where the garbage should be dumped,wifi didn't work, bed was very hard, unit smelled horrible, no employees to be found anywhere, and did not get a when calling the live line, just an answering service. Never received checkout instructions or any kind of attempt to communicate with us to ensure there were no problems.

Perfect Anniversary Get Away
This condo was amazing!!!! Was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect 5 minutes or less from breweries, wineries, and restaurants. The outdoor pool was so warm and relaxing! The game room downstairs was perfect to Kill some time. Will definitely be back.
