This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.

Accommodations for up to 8 guests on the main house, and up to 6 on the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, you can rent both or separate. Main house has up to 3 parking spaces, the apartment has it's own private parking space and limited to one vehicle.

Great location
Communication with the property manager was so smooth. All check in and out processes were outlined very well. The location is great. Just minutes away from your major destinations. The house was clean, the kitchen ware was in good condition. Really like the set up of the house and rooms. It felt larger than it actually is which was good for 4 women having a girls getaway. The back yard and the front patio are set up super cute for relaxing outside. Will consider staying again if we go back to Little Rock.

Quaint and well-taken care of home. The neighborhood is a bit rough. Also, ants on the kitchen floor, ants in the microwave when we opened it, and a dead roach on one of the bedroom floors.

Charming House in Little Rock
My husband, son and I celebrated Christmas in this lovely house. It was a nice surprise to find it decorated with lights, little trees and a nativity scene. It was spotless and tastefully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen and the bathrooms were remodeled very nicely. The little waterfall in the back yard was a plus. Ruth was very pleasant and answered our questions immediately. If we are ever back in Little Rock we would stay in this house again.

Pleasant surprise
The house was clean, well decorated with modern furnishings. It had many of the things some homes leave out (toiletries, kitchen, supplies, etc). We had an unfortunate illness and the owner was polite enough to accommodate our family schedule for which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again should we have another opportunity!

Visit Dad & Mom in Little Rock
My wife and I rented both house and guest house and it was great as besides us we had our (6) kids, grandchild and (2) dogs. Allowed for the over 18-25 to stay in big house w/ dogs while we brought wife's father and mom (who live locally in Little Rock) to stay over. Perfect location to River Market area, access to highway on/off right there, great location for dogs, peaceful, great outdoor multiple areas to gather. Would return again.

Perfect for families!
My sister and I rented this house with our toddlers, while in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for the kids - books, games and some toys in the closet that they enjoyed playing with. They also loved the backyard and the water fountain! TV had streaming services as well. The owner Ruth is fantastic and responded to a message within 5 minutes! The neighborhood was a bit rundown, but it was very quiet and 5 minutes from Starbucks/restaurants/etc. We wouldn’t have walked anywhere. My only recommendation is for blackout shades in the bedrooms!
