"Lovely property, perfect space for us and our gear. The kitchen was well stocked to our surprise right Dow to fresh eggs for our breakfast. Loved being in a rural setting and still only 10 minutes from the middle of Oamaru. Definitely recommend this property. Our host were on site but never intrusive."

"sharon is a sympathetic, interesting host and offers a very good service with the maintenance of the cottage. we have the impression that this is above the normal average. the cottage is furnished with natural materials. it is cosy and small. we enjoyed the view of the hills here and were able to relax and drive down very well. we stayed for 3 weeks and think that this was a good decision."

"Kakanui is a beautiful small town with lots of activities to offer. Kim is easy to communicate with. The place is clean and has what you need to eat at home and sleep well. Comfy beds, and warm blankets. The sunroom is lovely with a fantastic view of Kakanui beach and the rivermouth. Nice garden to walk around the property. Kind neighbors too. We will stay there again"
