"Had a great night celebrating a birthday. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities for all 8 guests in the room."

"Property was exactly what we required, easy walking distance to plenty of places to eat, drink and shoppinhlg. Check in was easy enough and they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early as our room was ready. Although, we had to leave a £50 deposit when checking in. Room itself was plenty big enough, although the desk was positioned in an odd place, which took up some space. "Used the hotel for one night for a football game. Easy to get to from Lime St station (20 mins) and an easy enough walk to ground (30 mins). Not much around immediate area but didn’t mind that. Had a burger from their afternoon menu when I arrived and tbh, it was not great. Tasty but the burger (the beef bit!) was tiny which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was excellent, 10/10 for that. Overall, happy with stay and would consider booking again"

"Great location on Duke Street. Close to lots of great bars and pubs but far enough away from Concert square to avoid the noise. Walkable to all the sites and lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff and the cosy Monro pub directly across the road for a nice pint."

"Enjoyed staying here. Had a family room with two bedrooms. When we first checked in found that our room had 4 twin beds. Talked to reception and they changed our room to 2 twin beds and 1 double bed which is what we wanted. Breakfast was nice. Nice and close to the train station and our room overlooked the station. We didn't find it noisy. Shower was nice and warm. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of room and beds comfortable "

"Location is excellent. We were attending a concert at the M&S Arena and this was just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is modern and splotlessly clean. The room was large and bright with a huge bathroom."

"Fantastic hotel and at a great price for the night I stayed with my daughter who is Uni in Liverpool. Very conveniently situated near to lots of bars and restaurants and just over the road from Liverpool One. The room was lovely and the breakfast fab!"
