Guest access
You will need to come to the front gate where the guard shack is. There is a back gate but you will not be able to enter it. To drive around to the front from the back gate takes 30 min, so it is best to avoid this.
Other things to note
The speed limit is 25 mph on the main road and 15 mph on the side roads. Because there are so often people walking around the neighborhood, they're pretty strict on this and will ticket you, so watch out!
