"Walkable to many downtown attractions. There was a lot of construction happening around the hotel. Though the area is safe, it doesn't feel like it! Parking is by valet parking only, so its a hassle if one wants to use their vehicle a lot, during the stay, may have to pay tips a lot of times and also a wait for the car to be brought upfront. "Room could have been a bit cleaner (shower). The next time they were supposed to clean the room, they only changed the garbage. We got a refund for that. One elevator was down the same as it was last year. The breakfasts are the best and staff are wonderful. Check to see if adolescent teams are staying there, you don’t want to be there when they are. "We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "
