TV, WiFi was not working even after complaint they didn’t solve the issue. Overall extremely worst experience. I want compensation for this now"

"Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs.
