"Gated access, secure parking, I think was unique and great. The staff was amazingly helpful. The room was pristine. The only complaint I can make is the ice bucket leaked on the table as the ice melted, but that is literally the only complaint I could make! I will definitely stay again next time I visit this way. "We were staying on our 30th Anniversary. The rooms looks ok . Our main problem : we were two days without water on the Apartment. This is horrible, even we reported it. Also the Microwave was dirty and the plates had MOLD. Never again!!"

"Only good thing about the place is the spot. Shower was flooded, so the first night after a long trip and a long day, nobody took a shower, imagine how uncomfortable was that. Place has dirt from ants nest. You can probably fit 9 people on a real bad layout. But the wil charge you for the “extra guest while it says from the beginning is for 9 people. Place is dark on the back ally, watch for the floor is unlevel because of a drain, i almost twist my ancle. Security boxes are not well mantain....

"Over all it was an ok stay for what it was . There was no hot water and when I tried to reach someone there was no answer . The sheets were a little dirty when we arrived . The AC unit worked great and there was parking available. It was clean however not my cup of tea . I’ll rate it a 5 out of 10. "

"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded.
