"It wasnt clear how to lower the air conditioning temperature. Too hot all night long. Loved the ambience of the hotel and discovered that amazing main staircase from the original hotel. It’s hidden away - everyone should see it, it’s a triumph of art and architecture, amazing. All staff friendly and helpful x x x "

"Really good stay overall. Facilities very good as usual but some areas can get quite busy especially as the hotel and the restaurants attract plenty of day trippers and people redeeming experiences like afternoon teas, etc. Room very clean. Breakfast - plenty of choice although quality has declined somewhat I feel compared to before (especially the made-to-order cooked meals). Staff generally good but could be more proactive and less 'robotic' and more authentic in interactions. Can be hard to...

"This traditional hotel is located in the heart of the theater district and steps away from Covent Garden. It is immaculate. The staff is very helpful and nice and the Gordon Ramsay restaurant which is located inside the hotel is phenomenal. Another must stop Is the American bar also located in the hotel and a beautiful place for a drink."

"We visited the Champagne Lounge yesterday evening at around 21.40hrs. It appeared to be open but there were no staff visible. There were a few people sitting in the lounge but many of the tables had not been cleaned and were covered in glasses. This is the only disappointing part of our stay. We walked around for a minute or two, still no staff so we went to the Mirror Bar. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Langham! Due to the timing of pur flight, we arrived a few hours earlier to check in and the team did their best to get our room ready for us, held our luggage, and texted us when it was ready, while we went for coffee and brekkie. Staff and facilities were impeccable. We also had afternoon tea there which was lovely. Would definitely stay again! "
