"Great spot. Only a few things but not enough to pull from excellent rating. Clog sink in bathroom. Elevators are slow and only three of them. Thats it! Will stay again!"

"My property is beautiful and clean I our room smell like cigarette smoke the the entire time. I didn't mention this to the front desk who said they would send somebody up immediately but it was an hour and a half later and we were already in bed The first day they came to clean up they didn't take any of our dirty dishes and didn't leave us any face cloths or empty the trash. Other than that the hotel was beautiful the staff was pleasant and the bartenders in the restaurant Chino Latino we're amazing"

The only criticism I have is that I didn’t know I could ask for vegetarian sausages at breakfast and I didn’t know either that I could ask for eggs &c to be cooked for me. It might be worth just telling guests this sort of thing when they enter the breakfast area or when they are served coffee. "

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
