The only nice area in this hotel is the lobby. Mould in the bathroom, windows which can’t be opened or closed because handles are broken, bags of clean and dirty laundry piled up in the corridor which is also a fire hazard. Shame because the hotel is in nice area in Central London.

It doesn't look like the pictures at all, you can see that the cleaning staff is trying but the place looks like it's never been renovated, hopeless windows, hideous curtains as if they were pulled out of the trash. Camp bed, TV was there but the remote control was without batteries. Shower curtain covered in stains, it's scary to touch anything. I regret not reading all the reviews before paying. Good lesson for the future.

A functional hotel
It was fine. Considering the room was about half the price of most other local hotels, I was happy with it- it was secure, warm, comfy bed and decent en suite bathroom. Sure it was on the basic side and not spotlessly clean, but it did the job for somewhere to get a good night’s sleep. It isn’t a destination hotel, but doesn’t pretend to be. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and it’s really near public transport.

This was a classic London “we don’t care” as we can fill it anyway type of hotel. Not safe, not clean, not good!

Rooms are not very clean but bed sheets and towels were changed every day! Good for two friends for London trip, cheap prize and easy access to everywhere as there is tube and busses right next to. For the prize and staying in only for sleeping I would go again.

The hotel was ok. The bathroom was a little grubby and paint peeling from the walls. Car park was £27 rather than the advertised £15, and when i went to checkout the receptionist was snoring his head off.

Property wasn't anything close to the pictures on Expedia website. The walls had duct tape on some areas, bed was wobbly, furniture dilapidated, bathroom and closet nasty.
