"Quiet, small, unique resort. Food excellent and quite reasonably priced. Staff really pleasant and attentive. Resort looking a little tired in places. The cost of transport to and from the island can become quite expensive if you want to leave the island for a day trip. Beware also if you’re travelling in from the airport on a shuttle bus. Our flight was late and we nearly missed the last boat connection of the day, very stressful. My advice is stay at Airlie Beach first and do trips to the...
