"Overall it’s a nice place to stay: great location, excellent service from great staff, a bit pricey but I guess that’s part of regular Tainan accommodations price level. However there are still something can be improved: carpet was not very clear, the curtains couldn't be closed completely so you might be woke up by morning sunshine. But it’s a good choice for staying in Tainan."

"Fantastic, as one would expect from a Shangri-La property. Our room was ready for early check-in, despite not asking in advance. The rooms themselves were exceptional, and the fact that it’s a high-rise meant that every room has a great view. We ended up exploring Tainan with just about all of our free time, so our one disappointment is that we didn’t get to stay and hang out at the hotel longer!"

"The location is good if MRT and bus are available (unfortunately the MRT and bus were not in service on the day when we arrived because of Kangrui typhoon so we had to take taxi from HRT station), the staffs are very helpful. We walked outside for most of the daytime and just used the hotel for sleeping. It is worth of the value. By the way, the hotel provides washer and dryer for free even though the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a small load of the clothes."
