Situated in an award-winning, gated development, this coastal apartment offers convenient access to the town centre and numerous eateries, bars, and ice cream shops, all within 0.5 miles. Cross the bridge to reach the sandy shores of East Looe Beach (0.5 miles) for a refreshing swim. Embark on a scenic hike along the South West Coastal Path to Polperro (5.5 miles) or indulge in an exhilarating boat excursion to Looe Island, teeming with wildlife. Nearby attractions include the magnificent, 18th-century Antony House and Gardens (15 miles), Looe Valley Vineyard (11.5 miles), or for something adventurous, book a speedboat trip from the harbour.
Enter your home-away-from-home via one flight of stairs from the ground floor. Inside, you'll find a bright foyer with storage for sandy shoes and whitewashed coats. Stepping into the living area, you'll be greeted by a tasteful, open-plan kitchen, diner and living room – the social heart of the property. The contemporary touches, light-toned decor, and coastal influences create a laid-back yet sophisticated space. To the right is the sleek and well-appointed kitchen space where you’ll find all you need to cook up a Cornish feast, with space at the breakfast bar for couples to dine, and more space available on the round dining table nearby. After food, stroll across to the lounge area where comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV invite cosy movie nights together. On sunny days, open the Juliet balcony to let the salty sea air flow in. When day turns to night, choose from two delightful and spacious bedrooms that are served by the family bathroom. These bedrooms include a king-size room and a cosy twin.
Beyond the small Juliette balcony in the living room, this apartment doesn’t offer any outdoor space. But guests will be happy to hear that they’re just moments away from the town’s bustling harbour and peaceful beach, both of which make for pleasant morning and evening strolls.
