"Very clean and for the price, it's a remarkable place to stay. The staff was overwhelmingly nice. It was quiet and I felt safe. The location is perfect and you feel secure in that area of Florence. My only recommendation would be if, within the budget, upgrade the eggs to scrambled and have a waffle/pancake machine that works. But fir the price of the room, I still give ya'll a 5 star rating. My overall stay was very enjoyable!"

"The stay was overall good. However, even though I stayed for 5 nights, my room was never cleaned. I don't think there would be a need for it to be cleaned every day, but at least once every two days, so that the towels could be replaced and the soap/toilet paper/shamppoo could be refiled."
