"SFO Marriott Waterfront is my FAVORITE place to be for meeting with friends, eating out with families or hold conferences. It’s also a per friendly place where I can bring my dog for a couple days of personal retreat and stroll around the bay trail to get away from all the chaos. Its rooms are very clean with high quality interior. The Flight Lounge lobby/bar/restaurant with the vaulted glass ceiling has good food and drinks, but there is also a Starbucks for casual dining. This combo of food/drink options work really well for me for entertaining guests as well as easy eating in order to focus on work. I love hanging out here to get my work done. I have to say I’m a regular here because some wait staff know me. I’m really at home here. In addition, I referred my work place to host our annual conference here and it was a smashing hit. The Red Coat team helped us set up the tech and the layout exactly as needed. I was short an obscured cable (the mini display port to VGA cable) but the tech staff loaned me one - can you believe it?! The wait staff were flexible on when we can serve breakfast/ lunch , and took the initiation to split plates when we have a couple members joined up past the reservation deadline. Overall, ever since I discovered Marriott Waterfront during the pandemic, it has been a perfect place for me, my family, my friends as well as my team and my work. Very grateful for the hotel management for the upkeep of the facility & staff for their dedication. "

"Excellent staff. I asked for napkin from housekeeping and they gave it right away. The room is very spacious and complete with all amenities needed by a traveller. The breakfast buffet was amazing with the egg station. "

"I had a fantastic three-night stay at this property. The location is perfect, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff was absolutely immaculate—attentive, professional, and welcoming. The hotel's cleanliness and safety standards were top-notch, making my stay even more comfortable. A special mention to the Operations Manager, Manav, who was a thorough professional, and Kendra, who provided excellent service as well. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience."
