It was expensive and in poor shape, very poor air in room, so room was too warm, carpets dirty, sparse room, restaurants closed early (prior to posted times), extremely disappointing hotel that use to be beautiful. Will never stay here again. I’m extremely disappointed Expedia for this hotel.

I have travel much in my life, and this hotel has been the greatest most beautiful. It is rich in history, very nostalgic. It's like your stepping back into the 20's with all the historic information all around. I wish everyone could have an opportunity to come and live this grand beautiful,and rich I'm history hotel. The staff is phenomenal! Albert at check in exceptional service, courteous and very joyful. Thank you staff for all your welcome smiles and for such a beautiful stay! My husband and I will be back!
