Carbon Beach is less than half a mile away, along with several other options for sandy excursions, giving you easy access to the sun and the surf whenever you wish. Nearby parks offer options for strolls together and scenic picnic locales. For something more exciting, Los Angeles is a brief drive to the east and needs no explanation regarding the amount of exciting attractions available.

Back at the house, you'll be greeted by the lush greenery of the surrounding palm trees and garden, complemented well by the interior's classic style. The main level's open-concept living area makes it seamless to transition between cozy lounging and preparing something in the full kitchen. Open the French doors and step outside to the furnished deck to indulge in the picturesque backdrop of the water before you. A highlight of this home is the fact nearly every window hosts its own spectacular view of the ocean. Upstairs, you'll find a TV and several desks in a loft area that are perfect for catching up on a good book or remote work. The bedrooms on this floor also have TVs for comfortable viewing before bed and direct access to another oceanfront deck. End your evenings here watching breathtaking sunsets before blissfully falling asleep on the plush bedding.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please do not feed deer that may appear near the property.
The fireplace is not for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
