First Floor:
Discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a luxurious king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, offering a private sanctuary. This level also includes the garage and a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience.
Second Floor:
The primary bedroom awaits, featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The front door entrance provides direct access to your designated parking spot.
Third Floor:
The heart of the home features a modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The adjacent living and dining rooms invite shared moments, while a tranquil balcony offers breathtaking ocean views and a refreshing coastal breeze.
Important Details:
Check-In Process: Guests are asked to complete our check-in forms for a smooth, secure experience. We partner with third-party insurance for optional property damage coverage and background checks.
Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, as our cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
Construction Notice: Ongoing construction next door (does not affect ocean views).
Hours: Mon-Fri: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; No work on Sundays.
House Rules:
Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.
No Events or Loud Music: Respect neighbors and guests.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests allowed; no visitors.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies.
Pet Policy: Pets allowed with prior approval. A $230 pet cleaning fee applies.
Pet Guidelines:
Screening: Provide pet details (breed, size, training).
Size Limit: One pet up to 55 lbs or two under 25 lbs. No cats.
Rules: No pets on furniture, must be house-trained, and not left unattended unless crated.
Long-Term Stays:
For stays over 30 days, a $375 monthly cleaning fee and $750 deep cleaning fee apply, along with a refundable $600 security deposit. Deposits are returned if the home is left in its original condition.
By Booking: You agree to house rules, assume liability for personal injuries, and acknowledge that the host isn’t responsible for items left behind. Maintenance may occur with 12 hours' notice.
