This place is located 0.9 mile to Brentwood Country Mart, 1.8 miles to Brentwood Farmer's Market, 2.7 miles to Westridge trailhead, 3.7 miles to The Getty, 4.1 miles to Temescal Gateway Park, 4.4 miles to Marvin Braude Bike Trail and Santa Monica Pier, and 4.5 miles to Pacific Park. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops that can be found nearby!

This newly remodeled home is peaceful and quiet with spectacular views of the mountains all while hidden in prestigious neighborhood. This home features 3 bedrooms, plus den and 3 full baths.

The private master on the 1st floor has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, the two bedrooms that can be found downstairs have queen-sized beds each and shared one bathroom, and the den on the 1st floor has a pull out sofa bed that can be converted into a queen-sized bed. This home can comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

There are 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub downstairs.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

Catch up to your favorite shows and movies in the Smart TV with premium channels in the living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. There's also a TV in the den/office but can only be used to stream from your portable device.

House opens up to outdoor decks for relaxing while the native deer, rabbits, hummingbirds and butterflies dance in the sunset. Immaculate landscaping with a grassy yard with a non-heated pool are perfect for summer fun or a jetted hot tub relaxation!

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

Enjoy having bbq with your family or friends in the outdoor gas grill located outside of the kitchen door!

*This home is in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (“VHFHSZ”). Open flames of any kind are not permitted in any exterior part of the property. Additionally, smoking of any kind is prohibited inside and outside. Violations can result in municipal fines and property fines up to $1,000.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
