Beautiful Tuscan Villa in Santa Monica, California.
Parking is in the driveway, one car.
Entrance: Front door, up the staircase to your private entrance.
Kitchen is fully equipped and opens up into the Living Room creating one large spacious room, great for Family Time. This wonderful space has panoramic views of the Santa Monica City and Ocean. Kitchen has Dish Washer, Large Refrigerator, Two counter tops, Microwave, stove, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Tea Pot and everything you will need.
Living Room has a big screen TV with a comfortable couch and two wing chairs. This couch turns into a Queen size bed and is brand new.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size Bed with bedding. Large Closet and two dressers with a balcony window for natural light which overlooks the West side of the City towards the beach.
Bedroom 2 had two twin beds with bedding. The two large size twin beds can be pushed together for a Queen size bed. Nice large closet and two Armoire.
Main Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub and a separate tiled shower.
Second Bathroom has beautiful tiled shower. There is 3 bedroom 3 bath. 3rd bathroom is on rooftop.
Breath taking Terrace with amazing views of Santa Monica Mountains and the Ocean with BBQ and an upper observation Deck.
Washer and Dryer.
The entire 2nd floor is rented has a private entrance.

Beautiful house, great location
We loved staying in this grand house. Great location, with beautiful views from the top deck. The unit was very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend staying here, although 1) the kitchen has the very basic pots, pans, and utensils with no storage containers or plastic wrap to save food, nor basic salt/pepper you would expect; and 2) the third room is detached from the main unit so not great for young kids. I agree that the description could be clearer to set expectations. Still, a great place for a visit to Santa Monica.

Amazing location walking distance to Montana and Ocean Ave
Check in was breeze. Home is in a perfect location within walking distance a ton of restaurants and the beach. Unit is adequately equipped and very homey. I would definitely return and stay again.

We loved our stay here. They added great little homey touches to the home. Great location to the places we needed to be for our work trip. Also walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. But make sure you leave time to enjoy the roof and soak in the views.

Lovely Space in Santa Monica
We loved staying here! The space was lovely, the outdoor/upstairs space was so unique and served as a great alternative hangout spot. The kitchen was nice, pots and pans, coffee maker. Though, there were no condiments, so be aware that if you're planning on cooking, you need everything-including salt, pepper and oil.

Fantastic - almost Royal
Gorgeous house in a gorgeous neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and stores. 15 minute drive from the beach. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The house has stairs, so may not be appropriate for people with certain disabilities or small children. We loved it.

Perfect Location
We had a fantastic experience. This may the best neighborhood in the L.A. area. Montana is wonderful with shops, restaurants, cafes and the best coffee houses. Walking to Ocean Ave and the beach is easy and beautiful. The house worked very well for us.

Made our trip!
This property was the PERFECT spot for our family to enjoy the sights in and around LA! We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooftop deck gave us a beautiful place to relax. To have a reserved parking spot was PRICELESS. To be able to walk to shops on Montana was icing on the cake. Sara was quick to respond to any and all questions. To walk into their place to fresh flowers, snacks, coffee and milk in the fridge was icing on the cake! Thank you for sharing this special place with our family.

Great location desperately needs updates to beds and bath
The location is terrific. Hosts attentive. The bed desperately needs to be replaced- this was noted by others in 2021 but a mattress topper isn’t the fix. 3 stars because sleep matters and we didn’t sleep well in the hollowed out mattress. Otherwise, it is a purely functional condo in an excellent location. We were out all day and just there to sleep and eat breakfast - would be 5 stars with an update to the only shower and the king mattress.

Beautiful terrace in the perfect location!
This is a beautiful house with a gorgeous terrace in one of the best neighborhoods in Santa Monica. The owners live downstairs and the apartment is upstairs and has a separate entrance. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listing is a little misleading. The apartment has a nice master bedroom, a very nice master bathroom and a second bedroom with no windows and a tiny half bathroom (toilet and sink but no shower or bathtub). The third (very small) bedroom (with no closet) and the second full bathroom are outside the apartment and can only be accessed through an outdoor hallway. We were 2 couples, my husband and I, plus our son and daughter-in-law and we ended up all using the master bathroom. However, we really enjoyed the place and spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace!

Great location; Cozy stay
Pros: This is a lovely, well-appointed, yet small place on a quiet street just off Montana Ave. which is THE happening street in Santa Monica. The place is cozy for a family of four and it offers a tiny third bedroom with bath ensuite which our 21-year-old daughter loved. The community space is also quite nice with a full kitchen and nice living room area with a large flat screen TV. The beds were very comfortable too. And Sara and Joe were great hosts and very responsive. Cons: The cancellation policy was stringent with no give back if you cancelled even 60 days out. But they did offer a full refund if you cancelled before that. Also there are 20 steep steps leading up to the rental. But overall, Tuscan Villa is highly recommended.

Perfect!
Joe and Sara are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, thoughtful to welcome us with fresh flowers, a hand written note, a breakfast Danish, and fresh milk when we arrived, and kind to accommodate some friends we wanted to have over to show off their amazing rooftop. The view from the deck is amazing and a great place to relax after a day of visiting nearby LA sites. We loved the quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and exploring Montana street. Also, enjoyed being close enough to go for a morning run to beautiful Palisades Park. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, even a full size washing machine and dryer. I especially appreciated the filtered water (thanks!). The kitchen was a good size, but I have to confess, we didn't do a lot of cooking since we were on vacation, mostly reheating. There's a full size fridge so it fits a lot of pizza boxes. ha! The beds were all comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Even though the property is near the beach, it was nice to have AC which worked very well. When we first arrived, it was fun to open all the doors and find all the rooms. It has a unique flow but reminds you that you're in LA and we loved the good use of all the space! Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Great Location
The location, just a block off of Montana and Euclid is really lovely. And there is parking. The apartment was very clean, organized and had some amenities I did not expect (new LG washer and dryer, with detergent) and a Nespresso with pods to use. It is spacious and ther was plenty of room. We stayed with our daughter for the UCLA 2020 redo graduation weekend (3 nights). The kitchen was spacious and had all the items you would need to cook. Although the main fridge was on the fritz (it can happen), they supplied a mini fridge. Alas, no muffins as others have mentioned. We loved the upper deck (1 flight up..so 3rd floor of building) that had a BBQ and a large table and sun chairs. Nice to have a cocktail up there at sunset and we had my inlaws pop in for a drink. The AC is excellent. The main bathroom large, has a jacuzzi tub and shower, 2 sinks. Since the 2nd bathroom was outside, then up a flight of stairs 93rd floor), we shared the main bathroom with our adult daughter. Not ideal, but OK. Description of the unit is technically accurate, but not really a good description. The 3rd bedroom is a very small room, poor mattress and is connected to the main partment via a breezeway. The 2nd bathroom was an outdoor flight above the 3rd bedroom (3rd floor). The master and the 2nd bedroom are in the apartment proper (2nd floor). Glad we did not have a small child with us and we were lucky my 6'4 son was unable to make the weekend at the last min. 3rd bedroom was worse than his dorm room...small, bad bed, isolated. The decor is a bit outdated, but still nice. The couch comfy and TV/WIFI/Internet info easily availible and helpful. We were all very unhappy with the beds. we like a firmer bed. This was a very, very, very soft master bed with a concave divet. The twins in room 2, harder but made squeeking noises when you roll over get up at night. Also, step from 2nd bedroom to bathroom at night is a step down, then flat, then a step up. Lit with a nightlight, but still easy to trip on...which my husband did. This 2nd floor aprtment is not for the infirmed or mobility impaired. Min interaction with the owner. He said bye when we left.
