"I liked how clean the hotel and property was. The staff was very professional. I didn’t like the insufficient towels were provided and I had to ask for more and the bed pillows were not very comfortable and not enough for two people. Also on the second day there was no hot water to enable a warm shower. Areas for improvement!"

"Only issue was when we first got there the room was super cold. It took more then 2 hrs for it to warm up. My suggestion is that they should turn on the heat prior to a customers arrival. Especially wheb the temperature out side is below freezing. "

"I stayed at South Branch Inn Moorefield on 1/18 during our ski trip to Timberline Resort and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was provided. They also offered Timberline Resort ski tickets for $15 per person less than the original price. The staff was friendly and helpful making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend. I noticed the BBQ restaurant next to the building is expected to open soon. "
