"I was in town with my son for baseball tournaments in Baton Rouge. I’m familiar with the area as my other son attends LSU and know some pockets of town that are safe and convenient. Groceries, restaurants and shopping just down the street. It’s a couple of miles to campus and I’ve always felt safe. The mid-century glass time capsule of a house was a super fun bonus.
