"The staff were amazing..Its a refreshing change to actually be met with a smile and professionalism. We arrived just before midnight but the Barman/night porter went up and above to make us feel welcome...So much so what started out as one quick drink turned into three...Even the breakfast staff were fantastic...It appears IHG have to count themselves lucky to have such nice people working for them"

Very convenient for the Altstat and all the xmas markets. Also within a short walk to the Turm and the Hafen"
