"Very spacious and clean. Obviously a work in progress but so far very nice. Needs tv connection. Wifi would be nice but good to be without emails for a while. Couldn’t find dish cloth, broom, small sharp knife. Would come back any time."

"We had a very pleasant overnight in Athol, and even had a magical snowy morning. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen missing a few things like oven trays and some other bits and pieces, and oven was a big older etc. but overall comfortable with very peaceful surrounds."

"Large older style house with every item necessary for a comfortable stay. Only 25 minutes drive to the airport and the best shopping in the area. Good option for day travel to Te Anau, Manapouri lakes and Milford Sound from here. Kingston Flier a must also."

"We didn’t want to stay in crazy Queenstown and this was perfect, including that it’s dog friendly. Beautiful views, the house has everything we needed, clean and tidy and very peaceful place to stay. Would highly recommend."
