Great Location and Quiet
The hotel was fairly quiet during the night and I was able to keep the window open for ventilation even though it was adjacent to Lyon Perrache station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the night chap that prepared the breakfast in the morning.

Central, Affordable, Clean
Overall it is fine and clean, so close to train station, and bus station and some minute walk from city center. Staff (during check-in) is not so friendly, but it is OK. You need to drop the key when you are out of hotel -even you keep staying. So, I took my valuables with me. This was quirky and comfortless. Toilet was so small and without any exhaust fan or small window. It was also seperated from main bathroom. Of course, it is not expected as homelike , but it might have better conditions...

Un peu réticent suite à certains commentaires . La chambre était propre. Salle de bain un peu vieille et broyeur sanitaire bruyant . Excellent petit déjeuner et personnel très sympathique

Alright for an overnight stay.
From the outside it doesn’t look much but it’s very close to Perrache station and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but the curtain had come off of its hangers (which we easily rectified) and the shower head drooped annoyingly making it difficult to shower. The lighting also wasn’t great. That said, it suited us as we were only staying overnight, it was a good price and its not a bad location. But 2 small changes would have made our stay very much better.

Good option for a night or two
The outside of the hotel needs some improvement but its location right next to Lyon Perrache station and walking distance to some of Lyon main attractions is the best asset. The room was clean and very spacious for France’s standards, flat-screen TV and separate spaces for WC and sink/shower (basic amenities provided). The bed was big and very comfortable. The room doesn’t have A/C, but a fan, so I can be uncomfortable in summer nights.

The most horrible place ever, no wonder they don't put enough pictures so people wont see how dirty it is. Room was hot, old and looks like terrible. No amenities at all and expensive for how dirty it is. You can rent ibis for almost the same price

Building is dilapidated and our sink faucet was leaking. Our room smelled really weird. The bed was comfortable enough though.

simple and small rooms, but close to train station
this hotel is small and simple. located proably 200 feet from the secondary train station in Lyon, the rooms are small, basically a bed, a toilet, and a sink.. no air conditioning but a fan is in the room. I was there during the womens world cup finals so the price was inflated. I'm not sure i got a good value as i didnt spend much time in the room, but it was a safe place to keep my luggage and get a few hours of sleep before my train trip the next day. Make sure you train stops at secondary Lyon station, as i didnt know this before hand and had to get from the main station to this one with my luggage.

Front desk guy when we checked in was helpful, his replacement not so much. It was 90 degrees out and no AC in room. But did have a fan which help.

On arrival reception area and check in was ok. Was given a key for my room on 3rd floor. There was a lift but was quite shocked when I got out of lift as corridoor was very narrow and dimly lit. When I opened the door to my room it would only open half way. When inside I discovered the reason for this was there was a ridge on the wall where plaster had fallen out - hence the door would get stuck in the ridge. Wardrobe which was just an alcove with shelf and pipes coming away from floor which were covered in dirt and grime. Went down to reception and was given another room key for Room 56. However, was unable to open the door with the key. Went back downstairs again and a man cam up with me to open the door and asked him to stay while I tried to open it again. He said there was a knack to turn the key and had to push the door. I tried this and in the process I hurt my ribs. I had never heard of anything so ludicrous that there was a certain knack in opening a door. When I spoke to a reception about this I was told that there were certain rooms that they had problems with and that they were trying to sort it. Very unsatisfactory. Just thankful I was only staying for 2 nights.
