Great stay!
"Great location, amazing views, iconic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit outdated. It didn’t bother me though. The view was great from my room and from the top bar/ restaurant in the 26th floor."

"Gentle door man, receptionist and restaurant stuff. They’re very supportive for my Almaty experience. Room is clean enough. Hot shower is working well. ドアマン、レセプション、レストランスタッフ全ての方がサポーティブで、良い滞在になりました。部屋も綺麗で大きさもちょうど良かった。ホットシャワーもしっかりでる。女子1人旅でも2人旅でも使いやすいホテル。徒歩1分のところにスーパーあり。"
