Unfortunately not comfortable & not like the photos. I didn’t hear from house admin when contacted to say i left after checkin & furthermore, you will not receive a refund; I also contacted hotels app 4 advice & requested a refund but they were also ignored & ultimately due to their policies etc cannot issue a refund (I just noticed on booking dotcom, house admin has 39 houses so I would think if they have a complaint, & know if they ignore, the client & hotels app can’t issue a refund!). We left after 10mins of checking in & had to find last minute alternative accommodation. My husband was being bitten by something on the sofa. The house is run down, in poor condition & in a rough area. The curtains are closed as the windows need replacing & are full of condensation inside, it smells & damp and cold despite being a hot day (I tried contacting house staff to ask where the boiler was to dry it out but was ignored), bathroom is not clean - lots of mould, the sofas and houses feels dirty. House is basic, furniture missing so not as homely as it’s made to look. Very steep & narrow stairs (fyi) Even though we had left, I still got a checkout message that night & if there was anything to help with to contact them; they don’t, they ignore you! I have since found on booking dotcom other complaints/bad reviews about this house. This house is not cheap (high cleaning charge bumps it up!). Handy for concerts/football if this house is suitable for you.

DOUBLE BOOKED US! Ridiculously awful experience!!
I had this place booked for months, a couple of weeks before we were due to stay here I tried to contact the host to request an earlier check in. The host did not respond to any of my messages and hotels.com couldn't reach them either. We were attending Parklife festival so had to put our luggage into storage and go to the festival as last entry was 5pm. I recieved an email with check in intsructions (30mins before check in time of 4pm). None of my previous messages were acknowledged. When we arrived at the accommodation, very late on the saturday night, there was another group of people ALREADY CHECKED IN TO OUR ACCOMMODATION! We both attempted to contact the host, without success & again hotels.com weren't able to reach the host either, who's phone number suggested were located in Egypt. I then started phoning around hotels in manchester to get us somewhere to sleep for the night. Eventually got somewhere but had to spend over £500. Which we did not plan for and therefore affected the remainder of our trip, which was meant to be celebrating my brothers 30th birthday. I have still been unable to get a response from the host and hope they will read my review. All round, ridiculously awful experience. Save yourself the hassle, do not use these guys!!

Good for Co-op Live arena
The house was excellent for visiting the Co-op Live arena, 15 minutes walk max. The house itself was a little lacking, it was old and could do with an upgrade. The ceiling lights upstairs didn't work which was dangerous as the stairs were very steep. I don't think very good for older people or families. There was no table to sit at to eat and no chairs just the bed settees which were very low. I wouldn't have liked to be there for more than the one night
