"The service staff is exceptional. We had dinner at the nearby Mitu restaurant and the restaurant charged us twice which I think was an honest mistake. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the next two days which meant we couldn't contact the restaurant re the double charge as we were scheduled to move on to the next city on our tour. "We chose an adult only hotel outside Osaka because there was nothing affordable available in the city. It was located on the south side direction of Kansas airport. The room was 20 sqm large for Japanese standards. It was a basic room clean enough and had a fridge and microwave. Transport to the airport took a bus ride and the express train and took almost as long as from Namba station. Considering the low price it was a decent deal. "
