"We spent 1 night at this property. If you overlook some small things like a broken sink, floors that are taped down and broken furniture , you’ll be just fine. It’s clean, friendly and close to the things we wanted to do. Not bad, just needs a little upkeep and maintenance. I would stay here again. "

"It was a very different bed and breakfast experience. Did not ever meet or talk to the host. Instructions were wrote on a board as we came in. Room was big and clean. Nice views of the countryside. Continental breakfast at anytime. The hot tub was awesome. Only downside was we needed to carry our bags to the furthest room in the rain and right next to a highway so traffic noise all night"

"One of the best stays I have ever had. Got to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain ranges near Te Kuiti whilest enjoying our time in the spa pool. The sun set from the spa was spectacular.
