Although the property is older, it seems well maintained. Staff also are quite cheerful and helpful. The only one negative is that they don’t put enough towels, no face towel at all, no blanket/pillow for the 3rd person even if the reservation was for ‘3 people’. You have to call the reception area to have them bring these things. Also towels appear old as they’re not fluffy any longer.

Our go to hotel whenever we visit Manila. Very smooth from check-in to check-out. All staff are very welcoming, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Right next to Greenbelt. Cannot fault this hotel!! ⭐️

The location is convenient. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are bright and quiet despite the construction that is being done around the area. This has been my go to Hotel everytime i visit. Sadly only feedback is loyalty rewards but not necessary.

I love the comfortable mattress and the shower. I didn’t appreciate that my room has an ugly surrounding and loud due to major construction work going on. Staff are friendly and kind. To sum it up , I love the hotel coz of the proximity of it to Greenbelt mall, not even 2 mins walk away from the hotel .

With constructions around Greenbelt, noise was the only minus about this hotel. Otherwise, it’s the perfect location, walkable to everything shopping and dining without compromising safety. Staff were top notch with their customer service, anytime of the day! Just simply impressive.

The property used to be very great. Some of the features that convinced me to rebook (I stayed there before) were missing. This time, the staff were making promises that they could not fulfill. Staff are very helpful. On our last night, Nico and and Ken are very helpful and patient to assist us in weighing our luggages. Making sure that we meet the required luggage weight. We received a topnoch assistance from both of them . They make sure also to book a grab for us as per our request on specified time. Nico and Ken made sure that they handled our luggages with care.
