"Arrived early and was checked in on arrival as room was ready - very much appreciated. Bathroom could do with a little more ventilation - signs of mould appearing on roof / in corners but overall clean. Good sized rooms, bed very comfey. Hotel easy to fine, good walking distance from Motorpoint arena - would definitely stay here again. "

"The reception team were extremely friendly, and promptly got us checked in. The room was really nice, clean & well equipped - I can’t think of anything that wasn’t in the room that we may have wanted. The door to the bathroom was glass and difficult to close - it had to be closed using a bit of force and therefore was loud- which wasn’t great in the middle of the night! As two friends travelling, closing the door was a must so leaving it ajar wasn’t an option. Only a small part though, my overall stay was great. Excellent location too! "

"Our stay was lovely the staff was so attentive our kettle wasn’t working in our room so we called reception and they fixed it immediately, there was a few different places where there was dust and the shower floor and water marks on the shower door but overall very clean "
