"This cottage is conveniently located for visiting Akron, Cuyahoga Valley, and even Canton. We like birding and hiking, and there are many beautiful parks in this area. The cottage is comfortable and lovingly decorated. Great communication with the property manager and owner! My only complaint is not with the cottage itself, but with its description of being “steps from the lake.” While this is technically true, the steps take you to a guardrail behind which are private properties going down...

"We had family come into town for my son's wedding so needed space for the out of town guests. Lovely house with plenty of room. Didn't get chance to enjoy the beach or water as we were busy with the wedding events. Little surprised that weren't given information about access to beach but house couple doors down did provide information. Enjoyed stay."

"This property is well off the beaten path. Most times, you can’t hear any human activity; just birds, insects and the breeze in the trees. It has a spacious kitchen and living area, and comfortable beds. Stay here if you’re looking for peace and quiet and don’t mind driving 20 minutes to get supplies. The host is very communicative as well. We really enjoyed it!"

"Everything about the Blue Cottage is top notch and top class.... from the easy check-in to your amazing outlook at how clean the place is to the cozy comfy downhome feeling if there is a better VRBO property I would like to see it ...would definitely stay again and would fully recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area ... My wife and I celebrated both Thanksgiving and our 16th wedding anniversary while at theBlue Cottage and the ambiance was "Simply the BEST"...Thanks again to Karen ......
