"Omni Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Providence. While clean, elegant, and spacious, it’s the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff that makes this hotel a wonderful choice when visiting Providence. I recently stayed here in order to see a show at the Providence Performing Art Center. During my stay, I enjoyed shopping at the attached Providence Place Mall; a delicious meal at the Cheesecake Factory; an easy walk to the theatre; and a complimentary late night drink at the beautiful Fleur, the second floor restaurant in the hotel. Wonderful experience—-I look forward to my next stay at the Omni!"

"The property is in a great setting on the water with a great walk that follows the river. Nice staff of people who are willing to help you at all times . A great breakfast with hot foods and a nice assortment of choices of other things. And maintenance people who are ready to help you . "

"Overall not a bad place to stay. Would book again if needed. Front desk staff upon arrival was accommodating (in handicapped and can’t climb stairs) he upgraded our room because I couldn’t climb stairs to one near the elevator. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front desk upon check out was efficient but definitely didn’t seem to be a people person that day. Rooms could use some TLC. Furniture was decent. Should be better pillows for a king size bed. Not just 4 smaller than standard size pillows. "
