"We brought our boat down and had the slip right at our backdoor. There is a fish cleaning station and the marina was so great. We were able to leave our trailer on site. There is an extra charge for launch and trailer storage but it's not expensive. The house is laid out great and the master is amazing."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time at Aileen's house in Marathon Key. This is our 2nd time spending the month of February at this property which is well maintained and very nicely located. We loved the view, the fabulous pool and riding the bikes to the beach everyday. The property was very clean and Aileen was very responsive to all of our questions. She even replaced the grill within 24 hours when it stopped working. We would come back!"

"location was great! the house was clean and well stocked, the dock was amazing and the fishing from the dock was great kiddos caught everything from nurse sharks to small tarpon. the pool was perfect after coming in from a day on the water. location for boat ramp, and fuel couldn't be much easier. trailer parking on property was easy as well. we enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time!"

"We visited this property for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we encountered a minor setback with a missing bathroom mirror, however, the property management company was very responsive and had someone on site to replace on Thanksgiving day AND without hesitation. Overall, the property was in a great location and as described. They even included Keurig cups for coffee.I appreciate the level of cleanliness and response time!"

"Loved staying in the Keys. Townhome was clean and neat and had everything we needed for the stay. Extra special touches with snacks and toiletries provided when we got there. Communication with Miguel was wonderful and information for the area and recommendations for fishing guides provided were spot on. Plunge pool and outdoor areas were really nice additions. Would highly recommend this rental. "

"Right outside Marathon close the all the needs you want. Nice drive to the Keys and back from the condo. Price was right. Complete kitchen nice common area and back porch and sunset. Rooms were a little small but workable with individual baths for each room. Quiet and lots of lizards for your entertainment in the morning on the back porch."

"Property was amazing! Very clean, plenty of amenities, and an excellent location for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens. Soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hair dryer, etc. Pool area was nice and appeared to be heated. We did not use the pool, but dipped our toes. Dock is right out the back door. Canal was under repair during our stay.We had a great time and would highly recommend."

"Celebrated my wife’s 50th with friends and family. 8 adults stayed at the house and with 5 beds and bathrooms it worked out great for a big group. Great location to rent boat, fish, use pool, rent kayaks, etc. There is a golf course and great beach, Sombrero near by that we were able to take advantage of as well. Would be a good fit for a family. Enjoyed the iguana visits as well!"

"The property and staff were very nice. The houseboat was set up very nice with everything someone could want for a short trip. It is walkable to Publix and sombrero beach (2 miles one way). One downside is you do hear the roosters and the air-conditioning through the thin walls. You are pretty close to your neighboring boats on the deck facing the water. There is ample air conditioning units (3) to keep the unit cool, however likely not a lot of insulation which may be something to consider if...
