"Lovely stay at the Hard Rock. I needed a last minute hotel and this was perfect. Very clean and spacious hotel. Room was a good size with comfortable bedding. Spacious shower. Front desk staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options! "

We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...
