"I booked 2 non smoking rooms and upon check in, one room was fine (but smelled like paint fumes in the hallway) the other room clearly smelled like cigarettes. I went to the front desk and the clerk sent us to another room. we went back upstairs, the keycard didn’t work and I had to go back to the front desk. I got a new card, this room also heavily smelled like cigarettes. I went back to the front desk and waited for another staff member to locate a room in the hotel that didn’t smell like cigarettes. Finally, 45 minutes after check in, we had a room that was clean and didn’t stink like an ashtray. we selected this hotel b/c of the close proximity of the airport and had an early flight the next day, otherwise, we all would have requested a refund and gone somewhere else. If you’re just staying overnight to catch a flight it’s fine, but be prepared to make a couple trips to the front desk. "

"The pool does not have a waterfall but the koi pond does and the room could have been cleaner but overall our stay was comfortable "

"The free wifi was not working ! We were told that it would work shortly, but for the time we were there it did not work ! The hotel is next to a train track and a very busy boulevard ! We did not fall asleep till early in the mornin (very noisy)"
