Balcony: Admire lovely views of the surrounding area from the comfort of our south-facing spacious balcony, the perfect spot for enjoying the sunshine and morning coffee or evening cocktails. A wind-out awning is available to enjoy the warmer weather without being in direct sunlight.
At night, can sit and stare at the stars or spot the Aurora which can sometimes be seen in winter.
Large Garden: Explore the expansive grounds surrounding the property, offering lush greenery and all types of flowering trees and shrubs with ample space for outdoor activities and leisurely strolls.
The garden comes alive with colourful flower displays in spring and summertime. A trampoline is available to be used by guests.

The property was originally a tea house for family visiting patients at the nearby Cheshire Joint Sanatorium and was one of the first houses to be built on the heath.

Pets are allowed, there is an additional charge of £20 per pet.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Coop Loggerheads just over a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
