"This is a very expensive hotel that does not in any way justify the cost (£250 a room!). The website states there are two restaurants a buffet and a la carte. We telephoned to book dinner in the a la carte ( with sunset views of the sea by the pool as in the photographs) and were told the restaurants were closed. The only option available was a set menu . Our table overlooked the concrete drive and the entire area smelt of sewerage. Dinner was very poor. I did manage my grilled aubergine...

"The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. "A lovely, large and well equipped villa. Very clean and modern. A lovely 20 min walk thought the forest to Valtos beach. Many taxis were unwilling to collect or drop off at the villa due to the very steep roads, so we had to walk 10 mins up to the village. "
