"One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at recently. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly, everything was spacious and clean. The lobby area is really nice, and the breakfast was honestly fabulous. We normally skip the free breakfasts, especially post covid a lot of places still do just fruit and boxed cereal, but we could smell it from our second floor room and went to check it out. "The College Inn is an excellent expression of a business realizing its ultimate potential. Its a small, affordable european style inn with shared bathrooms conveniently located right in the middle of the U district. I love the history of this place and the staff is alwasys pretty on point. The rooms are tight and spartan but all you really need, especially in a city where 400 dollar hotel rooms are now more the norm than the exception. "
