"Grundsätzlich eine schön angelegte und saubere Anlage. Wir bewohnten ein Deluxe Swimup Zimmer , dieses war hochwertig möbliert - sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Gut befüllte Minibar / Kaffemaschine. Der Blick aus dem Bett am Morgen auf den privaten Pool und das Meer - unbezahlbar! Herr Mohammed welcher sich für die Raumpflege und den Gästeservice verantwortlich zeichnete, hielt unser Zimmer tadellos sauber und kümmerte sich schnell und zuverlässig um unsere Wünsche - Vielen Dank für das Service! Im Bereich Gastronomie gibt es noch Potential zur Verbesserung - sehr wenig typische ägyptische Gerichte, auch kein ägyptisches Brot -sehr schade. Die Cocktails haben luft nach oben. Leider überschattet der eher schlechte Zustand des Hausriffs den insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt."

"This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only were the rooms filthy, but they also scammed us by overcharging for laundry services. The pathways around the hotel were uneven and dangerous, and the stairs were incredibly slippery. We even witnessed a staff member slip and injure himself! This place is a safety hazard and a complete rip-off. Save your money and stay far away from this hotel."

"What a Gem on the Red Sea, immaculate in all areas, great staff and very helpful in all departments. It was quiet which was wonderful as I needed some much needed R & R. Great food and excellent chefs. A very warm welcome on arrival and taken to the room by golf buggy, it was fabulous..the room was spacious and the bed and linen excellent.. I highly recommend the Oyster Bay Beach Hotel…."

"I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool is heated in the winter months as the hotel is only 2 months old. The pool Italian was my favorite with freshly stone backed pizzas and amazing staff who make this hotel. Thanks to the staff in the pool bar for making my trip engaging and welcoming with always attentive service. As the first guest in the hotel I would like to thank managment team for accommodating all my needs and suggestions. Many changes and improvements were made during our stay and the professional approach was fantastic to see. The food really stands out here at this hotel the chefs done an incredible job and always improving the food. Lots of healthy options and variety. The Italian and Asian is wonderful. The staff made our stay here very special. Sometimes you always forget the gardeners and cleaning staff but they keep this hotel so clean and that adds to the experience. The gardens are beautiful just like the beaches. The rooms are such a great space to relax in with state of the art aircon and heating if needed. "
