"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer."

"We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing. "Could not fault my stay at Phi Cavalieri. The on site restaurant serves the most excellent food and the staff are amazing. The rooms are of a very high standard with everything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Bra."

"Reception was kind and welcoming, but the room (Dolcetto) was very odd. Tried to find it charming, a long cave, but it's strange. The foot of the bed is right upon the curtains on the opposite wall. Sleep was the big problem. The room sits over the socializing courtyard and restaurant. The mild thump of music continued into the evening, followed after closing by voices laughing in the courtyard below the room. The drapes are too thin to block out the light in the courtyard. Finally, the restaurant was a very unhappy experience. An indifferent reception upon arrival by Ingrid turned cold when we asked if we could sit near the window. The food was unimpressive. With a penalty assesed of one extra night stay, we were permitted to move to another vineyard based property in Diano D'Alba."
